Osteopathy is a hands on approach to healthcare focusing on how your skeleton, joints, muscles, nerves and circulation work together to improve your health and wellbeing. The staff treat a wide range of muscular skeletal problems including back and neck pain, headaches, pregnancy care, sporting injuries, as well as post surgery rehab just to name a few. As each injury is unique, osteopathic treatment will vary from person to person.

They may use a range of techniques including soft tissue massage, muscle and joint stretching and joint manipulation. They will also make sure you have adequate stretches and exercises you need to help you manage your problem.
